Membership Agreement

1. Parties and acceptance

This Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between youtofind (“Company”, “we”), operator of youtofind.com and the iOS/Android apps (the “Service”), and the adult who registers (“Member”, “you”).

You must read the full Agreement and Privacy Policy and expressly confirm “I have read and I accept” before an account is created. Registration is impossible without that checkbox. We log user id, document, version, UTC time, IP, user agent and source (register / re-accept / API) as legal evidence.

By using the Service you agree to applicable law, this Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

2. Scope and age

The Service is only for people 18 or older. False age is a breach and may close the account and be reported to authorities. The Service offers friendship, Discover, activities and verified venue check-in. Voice/video stay off if you disable them. We provide the Service “as is” with no match guarantee.

3. Account honesty

Information must be true and yours. Fake identity, stolen photos, multiple accounts, bots and automated sign-up are forbidden. A closed account’s device id (and phone hash if any) may be blocked from new registration for a limited time.

4. Prohibited conduct

The following are forbidden and may lead to content removal, freeze or permanent close, evidence retention and reports to authorities:

• Swearing, insults, hate speech, harassment, stalking, threats, blackmail, or continuing to contact someone who asked you to stop.
• Fraud, money/crypto/investment solicitations, phishing, or asking others for payment details.
• Fake profiles or lying about age, gender or location; stolen photos.
• Any sexual content involving minors — zero tolerance; account closed and referred to law enforcement.
• Illegal drugs, weapons, trafficking, or incitement to crime.
• Spam, scraping, reverse engineering, exploiting vulnerabilities, or unauthorized access.
• Fake GPS / remote location to fake check-in.
• Collecting or sharing another member’s phone, address or photos without permission.

5. In-person meetings

Meet-ups are your decision and risk. We do not verify identity or safety. Prefer public places; do not send money. We are not liable for crimes between members except where the law requires.

6. Content, messages and moderation

You grant us a licence to host, moderate and deliver your content. Profile photos are not encrypted (moderation/CDN). Message bodies are encrypted on the server (AES-256-GCM); this is not end-to-end encryption. Authorized operators may access content for law, safety or moderation.

7. Location and payments

Nearby people and venues need location sharing. Check-in requires sufficient GPS accuracy at a venue you choose. Optional subscriptions go through iyzico or the app stores; card data is not stored on youtofind servers.

8. Account deletion

We may freeze (suspended) or permanently close accounts. You may delete your account with the in-app Settings control “Delete Account”. After deletion we cancel sessions and remove or de-identify username, email, phone hash, profile, photos, location and Discover visibility. We commit that a deleted account’s personal data is taken out of the Service (Apple Guideline 5.1.1(v)).

We may keep only what the law requires (tax/payment records, consent and deletion logs, short device block) in de-identified or legally retained form. Encrypted message archives may remain unattributable to you for a limited legal/safety period. See the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability, indemnity, evidence

The Service is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss or disputes between members. Mandatory consumer rights remain. You indemnify us for claims arising from your breach. Consent and security logs are evidence.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may change this Agreement or the Privacy Policy. A new version requires a fresh “I have read and I accept” before you can keep using the Service; that acceptance is logged.
